Time to jump ship on Chris Henry?? WHIR

I am kinda frustrated with the lack of catches/throws going chris henry's way. I was excited at my draft and thought i was getting a great sleeper i could use as my WR3, but even though he did get a TD yesterday, it seems there are too many options on his team. Should i pick up manningham or knox for him? *(i would have to use my #3 waiver priority, kinda wanted to save that for a key injury)

I'm jumping ship on Chris Henry too. MM seems like the grab over Knox for now.
