if your either a SLATON, FORTE, LT owner, how low are you willing to sell them & how cheap are you willing to offer to get them??

are you willing to offer like a package of either kevin smith, ryan grant, santonio holmes, or darren mcfadden to get them??

kevin smith ryan grant are both producing consistent 10pts per game numbers which makes them worth keeping & sooner or later they will break out.. but with an opportunity to get a stud rb like slaton, forte, & lt that may keep struggling for the next few weeks, are you willing to take the risk of losing games now in hopes of getting a steven jackson2008/deangelo williams2008???

well to the point of just getting him through the waivers... thats how cheap his value is right now... a week ago 2 leagues im playing in just dropped him to waivers.. and just now its 5... for me, parker is not even worth trading for when i can find some fillers in the waivers that will likely help me out for the time being if the matchups were favorable with guys like felix, mccoy, cadillac, bush, mendenhall, leon...

if i were u, i wouldnt likely spend my time trading for him but rather concentrate on stashing mendenhall for now... mendenhall showed some flashes against CHI this weekend, even though on only a handful of plays.. this just means that parker is on his way out & rashard is slowly carving his way in..

Ok so I've been targeting Forte and Jacobs lately. It would seem that Forte owners aren't willing to part with their first round pick even for the likes of Gore and Chris Johnson and what I would consider fair deals. It's very understandable though. I think the easiest RB's to land would be LT and Slaton. The thing is, I'm really not feeling LT and HOU is last in the league in rushing. I'm confused.

RB:

LT
Forte
Slaton
Willie Parker
Brandon Jacobs
Lendale White

WR:

Brandon Marshall
Eddie Royal
Anquan Boldin
Tj. Housh
Santana Moss

There are a couple more, but I'll leave it at that. So what do you guys think? Who are you looking to target and for what reasons. I'll list most of my picks/reasons after a little bit of research.

so i got a question for you, would you consider trading fred jackson who could become a stud this year(regardless of what timeshare he gets with lynch) for slaton & likely cost you to lose some games, or settle with freddy in helping u win games....

im asking u this coz i got a team with freddy that is 2-0 im really leaning towards staying put on not pulling a trigger for slaton... but i gotta wonder whats if a 5 headed rb of AP, grant, rice, pierre ,& slaton is better than a 6headed rb of AP, grant, rice, pierre, sproles, & freddy..

Where is Sproles going? Is he apart of the trade for Slaton? Well, my honest opinion, If you could get Slaton for Freddy, do it. It's like...Freddy is at his ceiling and Slaton is at his floor. You have to calculate the fact that Lynch will be apart of that offense regardless. If you could get Slaton for FJax I really would do it. It'd be debatable if Lynch wasn't even in the equation. Slaton's up coming games are a cake walk.

First, WAS is a run first team. 2nd, there's seems to be no cohesiveness between him and Campbell (or Campbell and anyone else for that matter). They just played one of the worst defenses in the league in St. Louis, and still couldn't score a touchdown. I'm really thinking about dropping him for MM right now, but doubt that I'd get him due to my low waiver priority. Hopefully I can trade him on name recognition to another owner who lacks depth at WR, because watching him through the first two games, I wouldn't even be comfortable using him as a bye week fill in. Can you tell I'm down on Santana Moss?

hopefully you drafted him knowing what you were getting.
