Pickup Manningham or D. Jackson...WHIR

Postby Coz1 » Mon Sep 21, 2009 2:47 pm

Should I pickup Mario Manningham or DeSean Jackson (don't know why the guy dumped him) in my league. My other receivers are A. Johnson, R. Moss & D. Hester. I would be dumping Lance Moore to pick one of them up.

My RB's aren't to good, especially when Lynch returns (R. Bush, F, Jackson and M. Barber) but it is a PPR league.

Ideas?

DeSean Jackson is a more proven guy and a #1 wide-out. I currently have him on my team and he's put up around 25 points in two weeks. Plus he can get you TD's off of punt returns.

Manningham has put up good numbers, but in games in which the Giants had to throw the ball. He'll disappear in games when the giants run. Remember, Giants run first, pass 2nd.

Given that, Jackson is a #2 Wide-out type of guy (every week). Manningham is maybe a flex/bye-week starter.

help with mine? viewtopic.php?f=18&t=448567&p=3087881#p3087881

Either is better than Lance Moore right now.
