Steve Slaton or DeSean Jackson? WHIR

Standard scoring, non-keeper, non-PPR league.

I am being offered Steve Slaton if I give up DeSean Jackson. The move would be made strictly from a "value" standpoint since neither team is particularly needy at the RB or WR position.

Yes, do it now!!!! Slaton has faced two tough defenses in the first two weeks and I still have him as a top 10 (at worst top 15) rb. DeSean played well yesterday but he has nowhere near the value that Slaton does.

I am hesitating because last year, even when he played the tough defenses, he never had games under 3.3 ypc. Now he's had 2 in a row to start this season. This suggests that there may be something else factoring into his performance other than the 2 defenses he's played.

W/out knowing rosters, it's hard to say - from avalue point, I like Slaton a lot more than DeSean.

You may very well be right that something is wrong, but it's only been 2 weeks. The Jets defense has looked incredible the first two weeks and the Titans haven't given anything up on the ground. 2 of his first 3 games last year were bad against good d's, but he turned it on against the weaker d's. The middle of his schedule is fairly soft, and I expect him to do the same thing. I really like Slaton as a buy-low guy right now, especially if all you have to give up is Desean.

Help me out, please http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=448584
