He has Westbrook-thats why he wants mccoy

This trade isn't in your favor. You are giving up too much for what you are getting. Mason is a good WR but he's not spectacular.

Look at what D. Williams and J. Stewart did last week against the Falcons. You're giving up too much. Counter the offer and tell him he needs to put a better WR in there than Mason.
