Guy in my league is showing some interest in sproles. He has
Wayne
Moss
Harvin
V Jackson
Manningham
Royal

Wayne and Moss are out I tried Jackson but i doubt that will be a go because he has Rivers. I know I can get Harvin but thats not an equal trade at all. Would Manningham + Harvin be equal?

I would try for Jackson and see what he says, if he turns it down. You may be able to sell high on Sproles and Jackson, before Lynch and LT get back. If he turns down VJax, the I may offer a combo of Avery, Sprole and Freddie for Jackson and Manningham, or a back up rb of his. Good luck.

Well Jackson is a no go so he isnt willing to talk trade with his top 3 - Moss Wayne Jackson.

So of Manningham Harvin Royal who would benefit me the most in a package deal?
