Rivers vs. Miami or Ryan @ New England?

Im thinking (phillip) Rivers at home versus the Dolphins, but i might not be right?
Since sanchez looked alright last week against NE, and Matt Ryans (imho) is a little better than sanchez

I'd go with Rivers. He's playing at home, and he's more consistent than Ryan. Also the Patriots almost lost their home opener, and then had a tough loss in week 2...so I'm thinking they are gonna step it up a notch in week 3.
