If I were in your shoes I would understand the hesitation, both guys have already been injured. PT is in a pass-happy offense but isn't the to-go passing RB on the team and Stewart is #2 with a struggling QB. If it were me I would probably do it as I see more upside with Thomas in a PPR league right now.
