Offer for Randy Moss PPR whir

Postby bauermj » Tue Sep 22, 2009 4:41 pm

10-Team PPR (2RB, 3WR, 1Flex)
RB1: LT
RB2: F Jackson / M Lynch
RBbench: C Benson, J Jones, M Bell
WR1: R Moss
WR2: G Jennings
WR3: H Ward
WRbench: P Crayton, J Cotchery, S Breaston

Would you trade Moss & Breaston for Slaton, Addai, and Desean Jackson?

I’m hesitant because the PPR gives WR a lot of value in terms of Flex (and we start 3 WR vs 2 RB) but it would certainly firm up my RB core. Moss was my late 1st round pick and I hate to sell top talent for depth.

Thanks, post a link

I would not. Moss is an elite top 5 receiver. The players offered to you are all fairly good, but not elite.

No, you are creating problems where there are none. Randy Moss has the potential to win you games by himself. The other players do not. I would recommend that you do some waiver wire work and sell M Bell/Benson for a bye-week fill in. And may I ask why you own LT w/o Sproles as a handcuff? Someone is getting great value from him and he's actually 1000x more valuable to you. I'd turn F Jackson into Sproles because FJ is about to take a fantasy hit thanks to your other RB. That way, if LT goes down your season doesn't immediately go down the tube.
