Trade proposed to me

Hi everyone. I am in a standard ESPN league. I'm surrently 2-0. I am deep at RB and was approached about a trade. Below I have the roster of my team and the other team along with the trade scenarios proposed to me. I won't bias with my thoughts. Any help would be greatly apprecated. I'm happy to help anyone that needs some advice. Thanks!

The other owner approached me about a RB and I said I would consider trading Bush, Jackson, Ward or Grant. The other team owner mentioned the following scenarios to me:

Bush for Cooley at most
Fred Jackson for Cooley plus possibly more
Grant for Palmer
Ward - no interest

Would you take any of the offers as is or what would you counter based on what they have? Thanks.

I would take Manningham for R. Bush. And I would take M. Bush/Campbell for Garrard/Davis, but only in a package deal, not separately.

Grant for Palmer is terrible for you.

How about Garrard/Roddy/Bush for Palmer/Jackson?
