Fitzgerald is nice, but not worth giving up Sjax, don't be yanked around. Moreno's value is also lowest.

You could benefit from the upgrade at WR, but I think SJax is too valuable in a PPR to trade for Thomas. If it was a non-PPR I might say go for it.

Manningham is coming around nicely, and if Marshall can get things going you'll be fine.
