Upgrade my team please

Standard scoring league My team

QB Cutler, Favre
RB Peterson, Jacobs, Sproles
WR Jennings, Ochocinco, Braylon, Crayton, Cotchery
TE Gonzalez
D Jets

I am trying to upgrade. Since we have to play 3 wr's every week I was thinking about trying to trade for johnson or colston maybe do jacobs/ocho for johnsonr or colston (who are on the same team)

Any suggestions?
6pt tds, 1 pt ppr competitive 10 man league
QB Rodgers, Smith
RB MJD, Matthews, Spiller, McGahee, R. williams
WR: J. Jones, Torry Smith, Lafell, Britt, Young
TE: Hernandez, Bennet

I'd cut Favre for an upside WR.

Cut him to the wire? or trade him off?
