Dynasty League Trade...Need Help

I run a dynasty league and a deal went through yesterday consisting of this.....

Team #1 Sent
- Joseph Addia/RB/IND
- Roy Williams/WR/DAL
- Shaun Hill/QB/SF
- Jerricho Cotchery/WR/NYJ
- 4th round draft pick next season
- 10 T-Notes (League currency used for picking players off of waivers and such)

Team #2 Sent
- Matt Cassel/QB/KC
- Wes Welker/WR/NE
- Kevin Walter/WR/HOU

I just wanted to get some peoples thoughts on this trade...is it fair? Should it go through? I wasn't sure....

I think that it should go through, team 2 got the better end of the deal, but they gave up a ton of dept to get this deal done. To me Roy and Welker are about a wash, unless he plays like he did on Sunday night. Cotchery and Walter a close, probably a slight edge to Cotch here. To me the wild card of this whole deal is Addai, he went from a top 5rb last year to being on the outs in Indy, if he can turn it around, or become a FA and go to another team he may become very valuable in a year or so. With the qb's, team two got the better end of that with Cassell, but team 1 did get a rb, a draft pick and some $$. Overall I think it is pretty even. Check out my dynasty trade.
