2 trades to consider

I currently have
RB's Chris Johnson MJD Julius Jones and Fred Jackson
WR's Roddy White, Devery Henderson, Johnny Knox (chi), Justin Gage, Desean Jackson

We are in a PPR league
Offer 1 I give up Fred Jackson and receive Percy Harvin and Brian Westbrook.

Offer 2 I give up Fred Jackson and Devery Henderson and receive Steve Smith (NYG) and Brian Westbrook.

Same guy has offered both trades. I am wanting to dump Jackson because he will be splitting caries with Marshawn Lynch next week. I like the upside of Harvin but he isn't proven. Westbrook doesn't thrill me any because of his risk for injury, plus I am set at the RB position. I like Steve Smith because the Giants have a pretty soft defensive schedule for the most part. He has done well but I don't really want to give up Devery Henderson.
