Ryan or Rivers for Week 3?

I'm in a 10 team PPR league and can't decide if I should start Matt Ryan (@NE) or Philip Rivers (vs Miami at home). Im worried about Miami's offense keeping Rivers off the field...

This week i like Ryan by a hair.. i dont think NE secondary is all that good. Normally i would go Rivers but that clock eating by Mia is pretty Daunting.
