Manningham or Brandon Jacobs at Flex??

12 team PPR league, standard scoring.

Manningham vs. TBB
Jacobs vs. TBB

Tampa Run D isn't so good, but Jacobs has yet to prove anything this year, so he is really scaring me.

Take your pick!

This doesnt seem close to me. Jacobs all the way. Everytime they get down near the goal. They will give it to him. His numbers will get better each week

I've posted similar questions regarding Jacobs for the last two weeks, and every response was just like yours, Jacobs all the way. Im not sure my team can handle a <10pt performance from him again.

It sucks to sit through watching a star who continues to slump in your lineup, but there's just no way I'd start Mario Manningham over Brandon Jacobs. I could see sitting him, but not for a 2 week waiver wire sensation. Not Jacobs. Do you have any other options? I'd stick with Jacobs and keep in mind that 2 weeks is only 2 weeks.

Last year I almost gave up on DeAngelo Williams and Ronnie Brown. Go check out how mediocre they were for their first four or five games. See what happened later. Jacobs is still, by far, the best bet to score fantasy points in that offense, Eli excluded (simply because he's a QB), from week to week.
