Torry Holt or Steve Smith(NYG)... who to start?!?!

i need help with my WR3....

i have Torry Holt and Steve Smith(NYG).

Torry Holt is playing at Houston Texans
Steve Smith is playing at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

both defenses have been torched so far this year.... so who do i start???
i currently have Torry Holt as my WR3, but i need opinions. PLEASE HELP?

100% go with smith. i also have both of these guys and it never crossed my mind to play holt over smith after watching the giants the last 2 weeks. holt is old and hasnt looked good all year while smith is a young #1 with a great qb playing agianst a terrible pass d.
