I'd say go with Manningham if he's healthy.

Toss up between Manningham & Sims-Walker.

Manningham should see some deep balls resulting in a TD or two. Sims-Walker will probably have more catches.

In my league (not a PPR) I would choose Manningham.

Mario Manningham! His going to have a great year.. Henderson would be my 2nd pick. Brees needs to start throwing to him more and he will intime hopefully.. Brees and Colston are too much in sync.

Its easy to say Henderson but Brees has so many targets and the main ones are Colston & Shockey
I do like the Mario Manningham addition! He is a talented reciever and I also like Sims Walker who I aslo picked up.
week 1 Romo passed for over 350 yds on the Bucs def and I think Eli has that in him, I'd go with Manningham
