I'd go Slaton because JAX has a terrible Defense & Portis because I like his matchup with Detroit better than Hightower vs. Indy. Don't let the MIami's Wildcate running wild on Indy skew your vision of the Colts' running D.

I like Portis the most myself, 2nd I'd go with Slaton. I don't think you can really go wrong either way though.
