I'd start Sanchez. Orton can't be completely trusted yet and Sanchez will be facing the worst pass defense in the NFL, the Tennessee Titans.

Picking up the Redskins defense isn't a terrible idea but keep in mind that they can't sack a QB, they drop easy picks, and they have a pretty useless kick return game. The only good thing is they normally don't give up alot of points.
