I think it's pretty safe to say that RBBCs are no longer the trend in the NFL - they are the norm.
Timeshares are everywhere, the load back is a rare breed.
In situations where at least a 60/40 split is projected, does it make sense to start 2 backs from 1 team when the flex position comes into play (where you have the option to start 3 backs).
Listed below are what I consider relevant time shares for 09 w/ 09 & 08 PPG averages in standard scoring formats (no PPR) - all the players listed should be universally owned IMO.

Now, if you happen to have a combonation of 2 guys from the same backfield who get 40% or more of their backfield touches do you ever consider starting both of them if you have the option of starting 3 backs?
It's very early in the 09 season - so these numbers are a bit scewed, I'm well aware that this is far from an exact science.
But looking at 08 -
I see the following as both startable, quality option in 12 team+ leagues w/ a flex position -
D. Williams & Stewart from Carolina - both every week startable if you lacked a good RB3 or WR3
R. Brown & R. Williams from Miami - Williams as a BYE week guy
T. Jones & L. Washington from the Jets - L. Washington as a BYE week guy
C. Johnson & L. White from Tennessee - both every week startable
B. Jacobs & D. Ward (when he was w/ NY) from the Giants - both every week startable
R. Bush & whoever is carrying the ball form New Orleans - R. Bush is a flex guy, who ever is the primary carrier was a good RB2.
Now looking at 09, again very early in the season, who, if any of these back field tandems (if any) do you guys see as both being worth starting as we move forward this season?
