Need your help deciding on 2 slots ( 1 flex, 1 WR)
Here is my team thus far:
QB's - M Schaub (Start), D McNabb (Bench) WR's - A Johnson (Start), A Boldin ( ? ), S Holmes ( ? ), L Evans ( ? ), C Henry (Bench), T Ginn (Bench) RB's - M Turner (Start), C Portis (Start), R Rice ( ? ), J Stewart (Bench), J Norwood (Bench) TE - Olsen (Start)
So that's two slots with that can be filled by: Boldin, Holmes, Evans, or Rice
The scoring in this league provides a +6 bonus to 50+ yard TD's and is split even 1 point per receiving/rushing. Would greatly appreciate your input!
Personnally I would go with Evans and Rice. Should be a lot of passing in Buffalo against the Saints. As for Rice... he had over 100 yrd in week one against KC and now he is going up against CLE, enough said.
I also think Boldin is due for a good week. He seems to be close to 100% and is due for a TD. However, I like Evan's matchup better this week.
Boldin seems to be the best when healthy, Rice was a consensus FF stud (preseason) but is losing touches to Willis, Holmes blew up in wk 1 but had a tough matchup in the rain last week, and Evans could just explode against the Saints.
It's just killing me not knowing which way to go...
Seems like Boldin & Rice are rising to the top. So I guess my next question is should I think about moving Ray Rice to RB # 2 in place of Portis and maybe starting Lee Evans or Santonio over Portis?
Portis @ Det and Rice v CLE both seem like great matchups but Portis just seems due to breakout as he is Washington's only weapon (assuming he's healthy) against the porous Det D. Seems like Rice might be the 2nd or 3rd option in the Balt Offense.
