TE which of these would you start?

I have 3 HORRIBLE choices for TE on my team: Seems like each week I switch who starts & the person I put in scores 2-3 points and the people I have on the bench go for 8-10 points +

Which of the following would you just make your starter:

Vernon Davis (SF)
Heath Miller (PITT)
Zach Miller (OAK)

We get normal points for recievers BUT we get 1 point per CATCH!
