WR help! WhIR

Postby bearsfanatic » Fri Sep 25, 2009 6:33 pm

In a 14 man league and the pickins are slim. Heres what I have to chose from.

Moss is locked in .. need 2 others

Antoine Bryant vs. Giants (doubting he'll even play)
Michael Clayton vs Giants
Bobby Wade vs Eagles
Donnie Avery vs Packers
Pierre Garcon vs Cardinals
Brandon Stokley vs Raiders

Which 2 of these do you guys think give me the best shot at points .. Not a PPR league .. standard scoring
Thx and leave a link .. will WHIR for sure

From Rotoworld
Brandon Stokley (thigh) missed practice Friday and is questionable to play in Week 3.

All things considered,....Wade and Garcon are who I'd roll with.
TD 6-12 varies on length, Any reverse role TD is DOUBLE PTS

Run/Rec 50yds=2, 100=4, 150=6, 200=10
Passing 250yds=1, 300=3, 350=4, 400=5, 450=7

FG= 3-12 varies on length.

D/ST sack=1, under 300yds=3 ,INT/FR=1. D/ST TD's are DOUBLE PTS.

Garcon has break out potential and I think he showed hes better than Colie. Look for him to have at least 4-5 receptions with a potential long TD reception. I also like Wade, I think he'll get you consistent points. I would have said Stokley instead of Garcon but seeing how Stokley might not play you've got to roll with Garcon / Wade.

I go with Wade and Clayton. Cassel looked for Wade early and often last week against the Raiders. Teams will double team Bowe leaving Wade available to get some targets and catches.

I go with Clayton as well just because I think the Bucs are gonna be down big and need to throw. Bryant is still hobbled, so that leaves Clayton as the only true threat on the outsides.
