Help this chick out! Good or bad trade?

Hi...ok I am in kindergarten when it comes to Fantasy Football, so I need some help from some seasoned pros. I am one of 2 girls in a Fantasy pool and this guy countering my original trade with this:

I get: Heath Miller, Greg Jennings and Steve Slaton

He gets: Jeremy Shockey, LenDale White and Thomas Jones.

Is this a good trade? I already have Tony Gonzales as my TE. I desperately need one WR and one RB. I like Thomas Jones and am reluctant to part, but LenDale White has done nothing for me.

Any advice?

Good trade. Miller for Shockey is a wash, and it mattereth little given your possession of Gonzo. Slaton will come around, and especially if this is PPR, he will yield more value than White as the go-to in Houston's offense. I haven't ever liked relying on LenWhale anyway. Thomas Jones is slowing down, Leon is getting more touches (out-performed Jones in week 2), and the rookie Green is going to be a factor as the season progresses....Greg Jennings is on his way up; decent numbers so far, and Rodgers has YET to really start throwing the ball. If you can sacrifice a RB spot to gain a wideout (a very good one), I'd do it. I like the value you are getting.

I think you're getting the best two players in this deal (Slaton and Jennings), so it's a definite yes.

This is a great trade for you!! You get the 2 best players in the deal, and you don't really give anything up except Jones. This is a slam dunk.
