I would go with Rice here, because you are relying on a injured guy not to play on Monday. Unless you have someone else to use if Barber starts then I would go with Rice. There really hasn't been any news to say how bad is Quad injury is.

Ray Rice very easily, no matter the format. Choice will be the lesser half of a committee with Jones even if Barber sits out. Rice has a better matchup and has the bigger role

Rice is clear choice. Ravens will run wild on Sun and both he and WM will get their touches.
