After he missed his third consecutive practice Friday, Jamal Lewis (hamstring) was listed as doubtful on the Week 3 injury report.
Jerome Harrison will start and rotate with James Davis, who is probable with a shoulder injury. The Browns aren't going to move the football on the ground against Baltimore, but it's an opportunity for Davis to move up. He is effective in the passing game, and Cleveland figures to throw plenty.
