Super hard decision! Please help! WHIR!

I have a very hard decision to make this week.

Caddy went down this week and Derrick Ward is starting, so he's going to get like... all of the carries. He seems like he'd be an awesome play this week in my RB3 slot.

Or Fred Jackson, who has been a point scoring beast lately.

What do I do?
I will help in return, I promise!

Come on be real. Look what Fred has done in two games and what Ward has done in two games. Caddi is hurting but not out and the G-men are good against the run. Fred is playing for a starting spot with Lynch coming back next week and has been great the last two weeks. I know the Saints numbers are good against the run but really in the first two games (Brees 6 td's game 1) they were so far out in front that the D didn't have to play the run. Fred works weLl out of the back field and the Bill's only chance is to control the play clock. You have to play Fred here!!!!!
