Cutler for my Palmer? I should take it right?

In yahoo 12 team league. I was just offered Jay Culter for Carson Palmer. I'm thinking I should take it, right? Is there something I am missing.

MY QBs are Palmer and Favre.

If it's a keeper league I would do it. If it's a redraft it's probably a toss up really. Both are good QB, but Palmer has better WR. It's still early to really see how things are going to play out.

The Bengals are on the rise and have better receivers... Cutler is better in fantasy on average but he has those fluky bad performances. It's fairly close, but I'd rather have Cutler.
