Drop LWashington or Hightower for PThomas???

Standard scoring 16 team league. I just noticed someone had dropped PThomas. (Don't know how I missed this.) He would make a nice fill in for DWilliams next week. Unfortunately league rules only let me drop bench players instantly, or I need to wait until Tuesday and risk nobody sees him. Someone has to get him.
Here is my bench for this week and the only players I can drop:
L Washington (NYJ-RB)
T Hightower (AZ-RB)
M Stafford (Det-QB) can't drop any QB in 16 team league
D Jackson (Phi-WR) - ugh thought he wasn't going to play

leon washington. Although he splits carries with thomas jones(which is a good thing for back ups), your getting someone a better rb in return. Hightower is more valuable than Washington since hes used as both rusher and receiver
