Need RB2 Help - WHIR Like Always

Postby Dawinner127 » Tue Sep 29, 2009 10:04 am

Who do I start? I already have Peterson as my RB1 for week 4, but I need to choose who my RB2 is going to be.
1 point per 10 rushing/receiving
.5 points per reception
6 points for all touchdowns
Bonus at 135 total receiving yards or r 135 total rushing yards

Options are:
Grant @ Minnesota - Williams brother's scare me
Ray Rice @ New England - This is what I have in now. Rice is getting the most carries, but McGahee seems to be getting in the end-zone
Leon Washington @ New Orleans - Debating this one just because this one could be a shootout and Leon is the most explosive player on the field in this game (no points awarded for kick return yards)
Darren McFadden @ Houston - Michael Bush scares me and that fumbilitus last week shy's me away as well
Tashard Choice@ Denver - Just picked him up because I heard Jones was out for two weeks.

Leave me a link and I'll definitely get back to you.

I might go with McFadden. I've got S. Jackson and he didn't do too much the first few weeks and hasn't been targeted to score at all. I think the run game in StL is going to get CRUSHED by the 49ers D. Ranked 4th in Run D already. StL might want to pass the ball some more.

NE D looks a littl tougher than Houston. Minnesota scares me after how well Jarred Allen was against SF last week. GB didn't have much of a pass game last week either. trust me I had Jennings in and he got 2 touches for 106 total yards and NO TD.

I'd give Run DMC one more try.

I'd roll with either Rice or Grant. Grant is a talented back, he could post a modestly good game against the Vikings, you never know. Rice/McGahee split is a little annoying, but we'll see this week if Rice can't do more with his carries. If it were me, I'd probably roll with Grant and hope my stud does his job. I'm scared of DMC because of how bad Jamarcus Russell is in general; that whole offense will struggle to move the chains. Pass on Leon.

I like Grant first and depending on the injury situation, Choice second. GL

I'd have to go with Grant...Williams brother are scary but I think his breakout week will have to come soon.

I'm in the same boat with RB2 after AP....I would go with Grant since he is clearly the #1 in GB....always go with a number 1
