Any thoughts you could give me would be really appreciated - and I will be more than happy to give you help and look at your questions!
Thanks.
I like this trade. Lynch in my opinion is not going to be a huge factor in buffalo this year. I think they stick with Jackson for the majority of carries. Driver actually at this point has more value than TO but they could change in one week.
I'd role the dice on this. LT will be 100% once he gets back.
I'd look at it this way... Driver/TO is a bit of a wash at this point. Driver's been catching a lot of balls in GB, but Jennings is the clear #1 there and will rebound. So the question is, would you rather have Lynch or LT as your RB2/RB3? Personally, I think it's LT. Call me crazy, but I still think when he comes back he's going to produce at at least an RB2/RB3 level. Or better. Lynch I'm not so sure about, especially with FJax tearing it up early.
Another thing you may not have considered, however, is byes. SD and CHI have the same bye week 5. You'd have to start Benson, someone on your bench not listed, and your 3 wide receivers. Likely a loss considering CIN plays BAL week 5. But, at the same time, you'd get 2 of your 3 RB's through their byes at one time.
I know that's kind of a non-answer, but it's really about your preference. If you can afford an almost sure L in week 5, I'd say go for it. If not, then stay. Good luck and thanks for your post.
Rams placed WR Laurent Robinson (fractured fibula) on injured reserve, ending his season. Robinson showed legitimate starting ability in the first three weeks, but he's now had two straight seasons cut short due to injury. He's under contract for one more season, but the Rams may not be able to count on him as a starter going into next season.
i would NOT make this thread....Lynch/Driver is the WAY better deal....
i think Lynch will become a good option, and the Fred Jackson 50/50 split thing is the same thing they say about DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart in CAR....its all DW...and now that Lynch is back, healthy, and hungry, it will really bring another element to the entire offense and their running game will feed off it....Jackson will still get ~10 carries a game, and as far as TO is concerned, that man is washed up....he doesnt care anymore about football, and it shows on the field. He doesnt even try to play basically, and is just there to pick up a paycheck....BUF is going to be about good defense and a good running game this year, TO and Lee Evans are just there to keep defenses honest...
And the Chargers are all Phillip Rivers now, if LT comes back, Sproles will certanly take some of the carries away as well...
edit: Driver is still a very good option at WR too...a solid no.2, and Jennings was held to 0 catches the other week....Rogers still looks to Driver often, and he knows how to get open....solid hands (look at the one handed catch...)
