I give up Michael Turner, Atl for Julius Jones, Sea RB and Vincent Jackson...
I feel like its a good deal, but I'm not sure...
My starters: QB Aaron Rodgers, GB RB Maurice Jones-Drew, Jac RB Michael Turner, Atl RB Willie Parker, Pit WR Devin Hester, Chi WR DeSean Jackson, Phi TE Chris Cooley, Was
Bench: Darren McFadden, Oak RB Bernard Berrian, Min WR Larry Johnson, KC RB Jamal Lewis, Cle RB Todd Heap, Bal TE Hines Ward, Pit WR Devery Henderson, NO WR
i like this deal, Falcons are becoming a very balanced/ passing team as opposed to last year they were more of a running team with a rookie QB...i see them setting Ryan loose and let him go more free than last year (including Gonzalez really helps the recievers too...dont sleep on Roddy White just yet)
...which decreases Turner's value...
And the same thing goes to the Chargers, they are now being taken over by Phillip Rivers, it is not LT's team anymore...with Sproles being the gamechanger he is, LT wont be the old LT we hoped for, even if he is healthy...
which increases Vincent Jacksons value (as you have seen from him, he is in the top 3 in fantasy scoring for WRs right now in my league....)...he is River's favorite target and also holds a pretty sweet schedule...
Not a fan of julius jones at all, but see your weakness to be at WR and Vincent jackson is a bona fide top 10 WR now. With that said, the deal is beneficial to you, but i feel Turner has even more value , personally . Though in a one yr league id make the move as you have enough RB talent to sustain losing him and adding VJ as a #1 wr you lack. In a dynasty I would try to net more for Turner, as I dont see julius being very worthy at all long term.
I just don't buy the Julius Jones hype. He's always managed to fumble away the chances.
Turner is arguably a top three pick...I just don't see you making this deal. I like VJax a lot, but never suggest making a deal in which you give up the best player.
i don't think you should take this deal. The season is early turner will get things going and Julius Jones has a history of being not very reliable. Help me please viewtopic.php?f=18&t=450816
