Need a counter for this trade offer

This is a 10 team H2H Yahoo league.
Scoring is as follows:
1 pt per 25 yards passing
4 pts for a passing touchdown
-1 pt per interception
1 pt per 10 yards for each rushing & receiving
6 pts for a rushing, receiving or return touchdown
2 pts for a 2-Point conversion
-2 points for each fumble lost


I was offered his Warner and Wells for my Eli Manning.
I have no use for Wells - so I was thinking about a good counter. This owner has a problem in that both of his QBs have a bye this week (Ryan and Warner). Any suggestions?

i would say Warner and PIT defense for Manning if possible....they will be a no brainer play weeks 8 beyond ala once Polamalu gets back healthy after their bye week.... (week 7 i think...) Rogers should continue to get better in my opinion, and Warner hopefully can fill in when necessary...SD defense just wont cut it for very long man lol, but you can then drop them for someone else to pick up for a few weeks (or week bye week) until PIT gets back healthy...

You think that trade favors me, really?

Between Warners' shoulder and hip - he seems like a great sell high candidate to me. And I am not sure what I do with Wells, I don't have the roster space for him.
