I'd drop Robinson (banged up and in a brutal offense, now on it's second QB) for either of them. But I'd start with Coffee. SF is committed to the ground game and Gore is probably further from returning than MBIII.

L. Robinson is on IR - drop him now. Of the two, I would pick up Coffee. Barber might still end up playing, and Coffee has a CAKE matchup the next two weeks. He's going to be a RB1 the next two weeks. Get Coffee and don't think twice about it!
