I am trying to decide whether I should bench David Gerrard for Mark Sanchez. The Jets are going against New Orleans and the Jaguars are up against Tenn. Does anyone have any thoughts about this?
stick with garrard...THIS WEEK garrard knows the titans D, he played/plays them twice a year for past 4 seasons or so... plus their pass D is WEAK. as for sanchez, the saints D is actually GOOD.
I can't get to hyped with Gerrard. I don't see a ton of upsdie with him. I would go with Sanchez. Yea, he may make a mistake and throw a pick...but he has been consistant. 200 yds and a TD, plus as we have seen, he isn't afraid to run either.
i agree, both are avg plays this week, but sanchez will not do better than the 200 and a td... garrard will have that AT THE LEAST this week. he might not be huge, but he will outscore sanchez. this week only tho, garrard knows the titans D.
wow, if u would add 100 EXTRA yards to the 240 i projected garrard, itd be perfect. plus i was a TD short too, i say 2, he gets 3. recommend the "legendOfantasy" anytime, i'll help u all win ur fantasy leagues...thanks guys!
Yeah, great call LegendofFantasy. I will be asking you for more advice in the future. BTW, what do you think of Gerrard's matchup this coming week with Seattle?
he should do decent this week, but like i said for the week 4 matchup, THIS WEEK ONLY as a top 5 QB. it was only because he plays the titans as often as he does...plus with there depleted secondary. seahawks pose a tougher challenge, but he'll be ok...
id say, around 17-27, about 200 yds passing, 20 yds rushing, (2) TD, (1) INT... not a juggernaut this week, but still a decent spot start, what are your other options?
