waiver wire help at RB & WR

Postby buckeye2k9 » Tue Sep 29, 2009 10:18 pm

Need some advice on if I need to make a move or not- my RB's are a bit banged up. I'm in a 10 team league with kinda oddball scoring in that we get one point per reception/carry/completion. other than that scoring is pretty standard. We must maintain 2 QB/4 RB/5 WR/2 TE/2 K/2 Def on the roster at all times. (We only start 1 QB/2 RB/ 3 WR/1 TE/1 K/1 Def)

Here's my team-
QB Romo / Edwards
RB Tomlinson / Gore / R Grant / Moreno
WR Wayne / C Johnson / V Jackson / Berrian / L Moore
TE Cooley / D Keller
K Carney / Bironas
Def Bal / TB

I'm wondering should I pick up a different RB (Coffee/J Jones are best available). I'd have to drop Moreno to pick up one of those guys. Or should I just stand pat with Grant & Moreno until the other two get healthy?

I'm also considering dropping Lance Moore and/or Berrian. Burleson/Sims-walker/Garcon would be the best options to add at WR. Would you guys pull the trigger for any of these players?

Thanks!!

Tampa Def will be gone- should have dropped them a couple weeks ago will replace them w/ cincy for the matchup with the Browns this week.

I'd stick with your running backs as is. And I would lean towards dropping moore for sims-walker. walker seems like the only option in Jax right now.
