Urgent my R. Brown/Hill for Flacco/Betts? WHIR!

Should I do this trade? I'm thinking no but want to get some opinions. I have about 5 minutes to decide. PLEASE HELP!

I love Flacco, i really do (he's on my team) but I think the downgrade from R. Brown to Betts far outweighs the Flacco to Hill. I think Hill will be pretty good this year (including this week's creampuff matchup). And i don't think Coffee is all that, meaning Hill will haveto throw more.
