What's a deal for a DS?

Not much into handhelds but looking to get one for a friend.

The best deal I could find was at Dell.com for $129.99 - my $20 coupon brining it to about $110 bucks, is that a good deal or can, will it be had for less. I do not need the system until late November but kinda want to get it now.
