Replacing L. Robinson...

Garcon (peyton is sick) or Walker (walker has a good matchup this week and gets a lot of looks)

I don't think Caldwell is high enough on the priority list in Cincy and Bess was never the biggest fantasy producer, and I don't know how he will be with a backup QB so I would stay away from both of them.

I like Garcon but Peyton has other targets and they have some tough games. Burleson is going to get a lot of targets and the Seahawks have a favourable schedule. I'm not sure what to think about Sims-Walker; two great weeks and a decent schedule but I'm not sure I'd jump on him just yet. My choice would be Burleson.
