I am in a Dynasty PPR league. Mike Wallace (PITT) is on the waiver wire. Should I pick him up? If so, is he worth more than Josh Morgan?

I'd roll with Morgan. He is the #1 in SF, hopefully their QB can realize that. Santonio will be the #1 in Pitt for awhile.
