Need WR help - keep starting T.O.?

I've got a quick question that I'd like to get all of your expert advice on......I've been starting T.O. for 3 weeks now and as you all know, he hasn't done alot for me. I recently picked up Nate Burleson from Seattle who seems to be doing fair. Out of the two, who would you start this week (Week 4)?

Burleson has been a nice suprise, I would start him ahead of TO.
