Schaub trade help! WHIR!

Postby theckeriiii » Thu Oct 01, 2009 9:15 pm

10 team PPR. 1 QB, 2 RB 2 WR 1 RB/WR flex, 1 TE/WR flex

I have been approached about trading Schaub from my team (other two QBs are Flacco and McNabb).

Other team's roster:

RB: Deangelo Williams, Benson, Choice, A Bradshaw ,Bush
WR: Moss, Housh, Owens Avery Breaston Knox
TE: Witten

My roster:

RB: Gore, Coffee, S Jax, K Smith L Washington J Davis
WR: Colston, Bowe, Sims-Walker, Evans, Royal, D Bess
TE: Celek

He won't do Schaub for Moss 1:1. Looking to craft mutiplayer trade. Thinking of offering Schaub, Bowe, L Washington for Moss.
What do you think? Other potential offers to make? WHIR 100% Thanks.

Thanks for the help on mine.....

If he really wants Shaub then he will have to pay for him....although I do myself think Shaub for Moss straight up is a little extreme!!!...lol

I would try though Shaub/Bowe/Evans (or Royal) for Moss though and see what he says! He seems though like the type that will not part with Moss for any amount of change so Moss might be untradeable for him. If you are stuck on Moss which I would be too since after Colston your WR's are iffy then that's all you can do but if not then why not try and trade for Housh or T.O. which you should be able to do for Shaub straight up or with very little added.

I would just try some different options or just ask him who he wants for Moss and see if he's even tradeable before wasting your time. He is the one looking for Shaub though so let him come to you and beg you! LOL

Good Luck!

first of all, I'm not great at judging player values in trades, but here goes.

and I wouldn't offer Schaub, Bowe, L Washington for Moss.

You've got two good QBs in Flacco and McNabb. And you're not that strong at RB so I'd want to at least get Benson from him. Schaub is playing great right now so gotta get the value while you can. I'd look to get a RB from him before a WR.

Hopefully you'll get some more advice. In any case, you're dealing away one of the top performing QBs currently. I suppose maybe schaub, bowe, washington for moss and benson? :-? I can't seem to come up with any offer that I like. :-/

i wouldnt give all of that for just Moss... Schaub is a stud this year and and on a pass happy offence with so many targets he is bowned to rack up tons of points... maybe offer Schaup for housh or TO if you want to do a 1:1 trade.... thanks for the help

The 1st trade that came to my mind would be Bowe/Schaub for Moss. Your roster looks good but it would be good to get rid of the depth. You'd be giving up a lot but getting a lot. Bowe doesn't have a QB or anything..

Thanks for the help!

I'd give it a go and see if he bites.

exactly - i'm high on schuab this year. moss is moss tho, but wes welker and watson have great hands too. and moss is getting relatively old. relatively.

i dont agree for tj or to but it's close.
