Sims/Walter/Garcon over Cotch/TO?

I'm thinking of rolling with my WW acquisitions this week. TO is in my doghouse. Cotch has put up some ok numbers though. I think I mostly just want to shake things up more than anything. Am I crazy or should I roll with my new guys?

Sims-Walker vs TEN
Garcon vs SEA
Walter vs OAK

Bench:
TO vs MIA
Cotchery vs NO

Start Cotchery for sure, then TO, your number 3 will come out of Sims/Walter/Garcon.
all 3 are projected to have decent games but I think Sims has more upside since his team could be playing catch up as the Walter/Garcon could be in a blow out type of game with their respective teams
