Well, I'd guess that you're in last place because:
> It's only week 3
> You've probably had tough matchups
> Romo and Palmer have been inconsistent (if you started Romo in week 2 after his good week 1, then you got burned, and both were mediocre in week 3)
If I were you, I'd only make minor changes at this point...don't panic! One area to improve is at WR, since you start 3 WRs: drop Avery and try to pick up Sims-Walker, Garcon, or Knox, if any of them are still available. Also, I don't like to carry two TEs unless I have a good one on a bye week, and then only on that week. I use the other roster spot for a more valuable position, and try to stay on top of players who are possibly on the verge of breaking out (as in the WR's above). If I don't have an elite TE, then I'll just drop the one I have to add a bye week replacement, as I'm probably dropping each week based on matchups, anyway (like with Kickers and DSTs). Maybe you could find a team with a weak TE and two top QBs and trade Olsen and one of your QBs for an upgrade at QB, for example. Both your TEs have a bye in Week 5, and I don't see any reason to hold onto Olsen, when you could have a better player in another position holding that roster spot.
Just some thoughts...hope that's what you were looking for and it helps...
