Help with WR2

Postby milostyl » Fri Oct 02, 2009 10:00 pm

PPR league with bonus points for long TDs. Already have Vincent Jackson as a must start. Just need to decide who goes up next to him.

Donald Driver at Minnesota - Is Aaron Rodgers going to have time in the pocket to throw anything but a pitch/screen?
Nate Burleson at Indy - Was last week a fluke or can he do it again with some tough coverage?
Percy Harvin vs GB - Illness aside, a TD per game in the first 3 can't be ignored but will the streak live on?

Caldwell at Cleveland is also available in free agency.

Thanks in advance, leave a link and I'll help in return.

I would go with Harvin, I am starting him in my money league this week.

I'd go with Driver personally...he's been much more of a "go-to-guy" than Jennings has so far and there will be very little room to run against a tough Minnesota D-Line so I imagine we'll see them air it out a good deal this game. They haven't given up a ton through the air so far but have played 3 pretty weak offensive teams in Cleveland, Detroit, and SF so I think we'll see GB have some success through the air this week.

I just don't think Rodgers is going to be making good passes with loads of pressure from that front line and it's going to be a repeat of Week 1 against the Bears with balls going over Driver's head or just out of reach. Believe me, I'd love to start Driver but the last thing I want to do is see Harvin outscore him on my bench.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
