My roster: QB Warner WR Boldin WR Steve Smith (Car) WR Brandon Marshall RB: Westbrook RB: Moreno TE: Heap
BN: Carson Palmer, Felix Jones, Jerome Harrison, Cadillac Williams, Amedendola, Andre Cadwell
12 team league, .5 PPR, 1pt/10ret yrd, 1pt/10rec yrd, 1pt/10rush yard
Trade is Brandon Marshall for Willis Macgahee.
Should I do it? I am 1-2 in the league right now, and don't have alot of roster space. Cards and Eagles and Panthers are on a bye this week, so I am pretty much going to be 1-3. Felix is out for a while. I am just worried Willis will not produce only getting 10 touches a game. PLEASE HELP!!! So conflicted.
I think I'd probably do it too looking at your roster. McGahee has been a surprise, but Baltimore is looking good and it appears as though they trust him a lot. Go for it.
I think that the next few weeks will show the true Marshall. He had all of the issues in the off season, training camp and now is a "team" player and is on board in Denver. But they have won there first three games vs. junk teams, they have a tough month ahead of them. So I'm not sure if he will continue to progress or start to battle with them when they hit the bump in the road. MacGahee has done it in the past and may be playing to keep his contract for next season, because with his injury history he won't get big money again. I think he can keep up this pace, they will limit his touches and he will continue to be the goal line back. I would go for this, you are 1-2 now, time to shake it up a bit. Good luck.
I'd stay put. I think we will start to see Marshall get more involved in the offense and Rice taking more and more carries from McGahee. Plus, you don't have a lot of WR depth.
