non ppr
rb:d williams
rb: kevin smith
so the guy offered me steve slaton and chris cooley for tony g and kevin smith.. I really cant see much success from kevin smith with detroit defense giving up points early so they focus on the pass.. your opinion?? not to mention slaton has one of the easiest schedules for the remainder of the season for a rb

I like both rb's to play well, but I think that Slaton is going to really break out soon and Houston needs to control the ball a little more to help our there defense. I'd go for it. Good luck.

I'd take K Smith and Gonz... Gonz is like having another WR, Cooley is like having a solid TE, and there is a big difference. As long as you can lock up a handcuff to Smith...
Thanks for your help on mine... I had a followup questions though.. could you help on that one too?

If its at all possible, wait until Sunday morning to see what Kevin Smith's deal is. The Detroit coaching staff is playing a big cat and mouse game with the information on his shoulder. If Smith is healthy (or even if he only misses one game) I like him better than Slaton. If you've watched any of the Lions games this year, you'd see Smith is the focal point of the offense, often getting work on first, second and third down.
A little help?

I agree with Black.
Smith has been a solid point getter this season. Everyone keeps saying 'Slaton is going to break out soon' but I haven't seen much evidence of it. I have Kevin Smith this season, and it would take a bigger player than Slaton for me to trade him. Just because someone was drafted high, does mean that they should stay high in your mindset. Would you trade a Vincent Jackson or Boldin for TO?
I would stay where you're at right now or atleast see what's up with the injury. Help with mine?
