MAYBE. The NYJ defense is definitely not the same as the KC defense. I have a feeling the Saints may be handed their first loss of the season this week, and the only way the Jets can do that is shut down Brees. The Giants, they're pretty much guaranteed a win against the Chiefs.

I thought about sitting Brady back in week 15 of 2007 and actually had him benched 5 minutes before kick off and then decided to start him. Result was his worst fantasy game of the year and I lost in the playoffs. If I had started Kitna that week I would have won so since then I always consider the matchups. I don't think Brees will have a 3 TD game, but I think Eli in the end will have better stats. Now it maybe by 2 of 3 pts, but its still worth considering, no?

it looks like my genius paid off again. it didnt matter who i started but eli ended up with more pts than brees, which i totally expected.
