Finely, Crumpler, or Fasano? WHIR

Postby zacks288 » Sun Oct 04, 2009 7:10 am

I have Tony Gonzalez but he's on a bye this week so who should I pick up to have start for me at TE? Its 0.1 points per yard, 6 points per td, and no ppr.

My main choices on the waiver wire are:
Finely
Fasano
Crumpler
There is also Pettigrew and Desmond Clark

Fasano has a favorable match up against the Bills but he the most he has scored in my league is 0.1 points.
Finely could be a nice safety net for Rodgers against the Vikings pass rush but he also isnt the clear cut starter in GB.
Crumpler is going against Jacksonville.

Who should i pick up to start this week?
Thanks and leave a link so I can return the favor

Also, who would you start between Cadillac Williams and Moreno?
Williams is going against Washington which gave up over 100 yards to Kevin Smith on only 17 carries and Ward is out so Williams will get the ball a lot.

Moreno is going against the Raiders and has been looking better each week and getting more carries but Buckhalter is still the main back and Moreno is questionable and didn't practice Friday due to a groin injury

Tough choices, but I'd lean towards Crumpler... More red zone targets.

Good Luck

Fasano is a no brainer. You said it, the Bills allow the most pts to TE. Couple that with an inexperienced QB looking to check down to an underneath route.
As for RB, as a redskins fan I say without a doubt go Caddy. Skins are in disarray and Ward is out leaving Caddy to get all the carries. K Sith and the lions went over 100 yds in less that 4 quarters! Moreno is still in a time share situation so he would be risky.
Good luck and thanks for the detailed response to mine. Good luck.

I'd go with Fasano. Safety net for inexperienced QB (Henne). Good luck.
